  2. Coordinate and carry out fundraising and development communications for the organization
  3. Assist with WakeUP community events and public outreach.

WakeUP staff work collaboratively with other staff, volunteers, and community partners. The Associate Director will work closely with WakeUP’s Executive Director, WakeUP Board of Directors, volunteers, and non-profit partner organizations to carry out advocacy, issue-specific communications, and public engagement strategy on municipal, school board, and state policy issues.  The Associate Director will work closely with the Executive Director and fundraising committee to guide and coordinate fundraising strategy and communications for the organization.  The Associate Director will meet with local elected officials, donors, and the media.
